- Supports being present with our inner dialogue, creates space for deeper awareness, emotional intelligence, and clear decision-making.
Motivational Interviewing (MI)
- A collaborative, goal-oriented coaching method developed by Miller & Rollnick.
- Helps uncover motivation and believesystems for sustainable change.
Sense of Coherence (SOC) – Resilience & Well-being
A concept developed by Aaron Antonovsky that strengthens resilience through:
- Manageability – The ability to handle life’s challenges.
- Meaningfulness – A deep sense of purpose and direction.
- Comprehensibility – Understanding internal and external circumstances with clarity.
